Makro online bad experiences

On-line purchases, very bad experience with the delivery of an order. Items are split, half the order gets delivered, other half just missing although courier tracking shows delivered, Courier states parcel/box cancelled, Makro promises to follow up, bur nothing happens. Not the only time this has happened to me
