Makro online - bad experience

Placed an order from Makro online on 15 Dec which was supposed to be delivered before Xmas. Not only was the order late, it was also amended by removing items without consulting me for a substitute.

When I placed the order I qualified for free delivery but after the amendment I was charged a delivery fee? I did not agree to pay this fee

Had a similar scenario with takealot but they did not charge me a delivery fee after amending my order. They honored the original delivery terms

Makro online have no clue what they are doing. Stick to takealot
