Makro Online - bad experience

I placed an order (MAK***) on the 24/11/2023 for delivery. I phoned the couriers WUMDROP on the 30th to check the status and the package was still in their hub. On the 1st at 17H17 I received a call to say that they are at the delivery address (my work address). We close at 17H00 and I was not aware that they were indeed on the way. So the package got send back to the store and I have been trying ever since to have it delivered. I tried phoning the couriers and Makro call center quite a few time and today I decided to rather cancel the order. Now I have to wait 14 days for the credit, nice going Makro, can't complain about the service because there are none.

Just simply not the worth the effort to keep on trying, they are not capable or committed to resolve my query.
