Makro online bad delivery services

I have made 2 separate online purchases at Makro online stores for delivery at my home address on 2 June 2020 ,with the messages that these items will arrive in 5 to 7 working days. Well today is the 17th June 2020 and I'm still waiting. The online whtsapp messages say the orders has been recieved and are being prepared. I phone several times only to find out 1 order is not even packed, the other order is awaiting courier for delivery . Much time has past and what makes it worse capetown is only 200km away .i paid for both orders courier fees .please help Makro online is really a pain
