Makro Online your service is shocking!! I lodged a return of an item that was delivered as the wrong colour for the 4th time. I was called by the Germiston store saying that they will collect and replace the incorrect item on 6-06-2025. i follow up on the 18th of June and I get told that the return ha been cancelled. The other order I placed on the 4th of June and instead of an office chair I receive a camping chair, the order was returned. I then get phoned on Saturday that they want to make the delivery, after it clearly states on my account that I am not available for delivery on weekends as this is a business. I phone on 18 June and no one can tell me when the delivery can take place. The one hand does not know what the other hand is doing.
