Makro online awful service and products

Bad service and no care for customer satisfaction. Ordered a rug from Makro online got here completely torn. Didn't accept the rug. Didn't sign for it. Courier took it back. Fast forward to a few days later still hadn't received my refund, and now my order status changed to delivered. It was not delivered...fast forward to 3 calls made to makro...still no refund.
