Makro online = awful experience

I bought a product online from Makro on friday morning ( 24/11/2017) . According to their website and staff it would take 2-5 days for the order to be ready to be collected. After numerous phone calls this morning (29/11/2017), without anybody answering, I decided to visit the store and find out whats going on just to have them tell me there is no stock available and I would have to wait till the 5th of December. If you want to buy online from Makro just know that you will wait double the time that they state and nobody will inform you of this they will just assume you know.
