Makro-online are pathetic

Makro Online - I placed and paid for my order on Monday, 1 Dec. I was supposed to receive it today, 4 Dec. I have called twice and e-mailed a few times and am told that it is being escalated, really? Nothing has happened, they haven't assigned a waybill - nothing.
