Bought a book online on the 3rd. After 2 weeks I called the service Centre only to be told that it’s 10 working days and there were holidays in-between. I accepted that as a reasonable reason. Called them last week on the 25 with still no delivery , for the service agent to advise that the couriers are looking for it and they were suppose to contact me to advise. Tomorrow is the 29th and still nothing. I for one shall never use Makro online again. Bought the book as a gift. MAK*** Is my order number. Order was dispatched on the 15th but nothing arrived as yet. By this time I would have expected Makro to have realised there was a problem and got another order on the way with the courier needing to pick up the extra cost.
