I have been ****med by Makro online after purchasing a wifi router that never worked its been 2months iv asked for a refund no one has sad anything and what's worse is when I write a review here they lie and say they have responded privately

No one has ever called or sent any email to me I lost my money and I don't have a router such a big brand ****ming an ordinary mother of four it is a shame ...
