Makro online are ******! 3 weeks later, no order, communication

Makro South Africa is absolutely ridiculous with online orders !!! I made an online order on 15 March 2023, delivery was promised by 21 March. Today is 4 April, I have received no order, no communication, no messages, NOTHING. I’ve phoned the call centre more than 8 times, all I get told by each agent is that they have escalated the matter & will contact me back. 3 weeks later & I’ve got nothing. I requested a refund and they say it’ll take 14 days??? For what since items were needed THIS weekend, I’ve even said I can go pick up in store, but even that receives NO confirmation.
