Makro online application useless

Bought Items online with Makro Last week. Phoned today to check on the progress of my order. only to be told that 1 of my order is not in stock. Was told to that they would come back to me to inform me of what is happening. I have been calling their contact number since this morning and no 1 seems to answer any calls there. i really feel they are useless. i want to reverse the transaction and look else where, there services is really poor.
