Makro online appalling service

If i could give a zero star rating i would coz the makro online service is so disgusting to say the least. Their level of client service is just ridiculous and honestly the worst ever. Bought a fridge online on the 25th Nov 2021 nd cancelled the order the following day coz i picked up it was not what i wanted. Cancelation went through on the 26th but they delivered the fridge on the 27th. Till today after numerous times emailing and calling them the store has not even made contact with me as to when they will collect their fridge almost three weeks later. They still have to process my refund and i can already see this will take forever, my advice is that you stay away from makro online they are the worst ever
