Makro Online - Appalling Service
Appalling service from Makro Online. Placed my order18th December the, order was schedule for delivery for 3 separate delivery dates 20th, 23rd and 24th. Nothing has been delivered for all these dates. I called Makro on the 23rd and 24th both times I was told my query will be escalated and and someone will call me, I haven't received any calls from Makro. Email updates claim the order has been handed over to the courier and I will contacted by them, yet there's been no communication from either party and my order is still not delivered

27 Dec 2024, 15:22Hi, my entire order still hasn't been received over a week later. Only 1 item from my order was delivered this morning (and this is an item from an affiliate. The majority of the items which should be available from Makro stores and because they were in stock when I ordered are STILL NOT delivered. There's been no phone call or apology from Makro regarding the HUGE delay regarding the majority of my order.
Order MAK***. This is the first time ordering form Makro Online and I ordered with the confidence that Makro Knows what it's doing and my order will be delivered on time. But by far it hasn't been the worst experience ordering online that I've ever had.
