Makro Online and their delivery waste of time

The most annoying thing about purchasing online at Makro is that sms. I received an sms Tuesday that i should expect my delivery. Wednesday I received the same sms and a phone call from Makro that Thursday I will get my Order. Thursday I received the same sms, I decided to call and ask if my order is still scheduled for delivery they said NO. I asked them to cancel it sending an email requesting a cancelation. With no response again today I called to confirm the cancelation. I haven't received any communication from Makro regarding my request. I have spoken with two agents on what's app with no luck. Sure Case it will take months to get a refund.
