Makro online and Riversands branch

Terrible online order experience. 1/2 my order delivered. Numerous calls to the call centre. Promises made. No one to this day has come back to me. Called the manager of the branch(Riversands) also no response. Emailed twice like he asked me to, explaining the situation and what was missing. NO response. Very disappointed. Never using Makro again for business or personal shopping.

No customer care at all.
