Makro Online and response on Hello Peter = Waste of time

If I could give Makro 0 stars I would! This is the 2nd time I am complaining about the same Package I bought on Sunday the 24th of June 2018 and has STILL YET TO BE DELIVERED. Thank you sooo much for your reply Mbali, but it means nothing as no one has contacted me as of yet either. All I want to know is when will my package be delivered and when will I be refunded for delivery? It has now been 9 working days and I still have yet to get any information from Makro. I call your help number ( ********** 999) spoke to countless people who all say they will get back to me and don't, including your response on my last complaint Mbali (I'm still waiting for your call). What in the world is going on with you Makro....I just want my item delivered which I paid for!!!!
