Makro Online and Makro Cornubia - Damaged product received

I purchased a freezer using Makro Online on 22 April 2026. It came with scratch marks / paint damage on the freezer. I then reported that it was damaged as i can not accept a new freezer with scratches clearly visible. To date I have sent numerous pictures and I had to follow up for them to then ask for more pictures. Makro Cornubia and Makro Online are terrible. It costs data to continue send pictures which it seems they are making us run in circles. Either refund the money or replace the item. Dont ever purchase from Makro Online.
