MAKRO online and HAZLO are *******! Do NOT buy from them!

Do NOT buy from Makro online and do NOT buy any products from HAZLO!!!

I Purchased a HAZLO portable massage bed more than a month ago from Makro online. One week later I submitted a request for a return which was scheduled to be picked up the first week of April. The product is still sealed just the way it is when the courier dropped it off.

I have been phoning and emailing them non stop to escalate that the product has not been picked up by the supplier and every single time the consultant gives me the same story over the phone.

Sometimes they say it will be picked up tomorrow and sometimes they say it was supposed to be picked up today. Other times they tell me that it is the supplier's fault but at the end of the day I AM STILL SITTING WITH THE ITEM THAT I DO NOT WANT!

I have a feeling that they do not want to refund me and thus they keep saying the same thing but not acting upon it in hopes that I eventually give up!

This is absolutely disgusting! Makro and HAZLO have basically ****** money from me!
