MAKRO ONLINE AN ABSOLUTE DISTASTER

Ordered & paid for 8 Rex c100 temperature controller's with alarm function as shown on website, what was delivered is not same as advertised, completely useless to me. MAKRO call agents have absolutely no technical capacity so you can't even explain the problem, you can't log a return as portal doesn't work, you can't complete an agent review as portal doesn't work,I presume a strategy to limit negative comments. In 2023 I purchased 200 of these units,my customers demand solutions in minutes or at worse hours MAKRO works in weeks, agents lie when they say they will manually log a return, MAKRO you have no place in my supply chain. SORT OUT MY RETURN
