Makro online always gives horrible service...

Makro online is always giving a horrible shopping experience... I bought groceries online in the 25th October 2024, some items were then apparently out of stock (only after I check out) 🙃 😑 😐 To this day I'm waiting for a refund of R216 from Makro! I should apparently get the refund from Makro Bloemfontein which takes about 7 to 14 days🙄🙄🙄 Every time they call the 7 days begins from scratch....

I don't know what to do anymore, but I refuse to donate my little bit to Makro...

I demand a refund please 🙏 AND THANK YOU
