I am absolutely outraged by my experience with Makro Online. They took my full payment 10 days ago for an order that was never fulfilled, ignored multiple emails and calls, and only responded after I threatened to escalate the matter publicly.

Makro knowingly advertises items on their website, takes customers’ money, and then fails to deliver the goods. They only admitted today that the third-party supplier never even processed my order!

💰 Why is Makro accepting payments for items they do not actually have? 📞 Why did I have to chase them for 10 days just to get a response? ⚠ Would they have just kept my money if I didn’t fight for a response?

I have now demanded an IMMEDIATE REFUND within 24 hours. If they fail to process it, I will be taking legal action through the Consumer Ombudsman and exposing them further on social media, Hello Peter, and other consumer forums.

🚨 DO NOT BUY FROM MAKRO ONLINE! 🚨 They are running a dishonest operation, advertising products they don’t have and holding customers’ money with no intention of fulfilling orders.
