MAKRO ONLINE ALBERTON THE WORST

The worst online purchase ever, Makro Alberton has the worst customer service and is ********!!! I purchased among other things 1kg x 20 of flour, to my surprise only 2 were collected they did not bother to communicate the shortage!!! This was on the 24th of May they have said they will refund but nothing I asked them to refund or replace they just say we will call u and they never they are so infuriating not responsible at all for their own actions so disappointed have wasted a lot of money calling they seem not to care
