Makro Online & Alberton Branch

We had such an bad experience with Makro online and Alberton branch. We brought a washing machine from then online and the Alberton branch delivered it. We haven’t even used the machine yet because we need to take out locknuts first. When my boyfriend removed one ***** it was bend now the other will not come out. He logged a complaint online they said they will send someone out to assist. No one has been here since. He phoned twice this week and last week but still no person in sight. This is highly unacceptable from Makro. I told the lady over the phone they have to options either they send someone to look at the machine or replace it TODAY or we reversing the transaction then they can come get the machine.
