Makro Online After Sales NON Existent!!!!!

I have order 4 items online, 2 have not been delivered and despite phoning and holding forever, emailing them and trying to get hold of anyone to assist, I still have no reponse from them. I have also received an item I did not order, and an item was cancelled with no credit returned!!! Been holding for over 10 minutes to talk to an online operator!!!! there are so mny people concerned about there online surveys but no one tht picks up the phone to assist!!!
