Makro Online has now become the worst service i have ever received, they have zero regard for the customers,i order a stample gun and stamples among other things from them In January 2023 the Stample gun came but not the stamples i got tired of waiting and purchased them elsewhere i requested a refund for the stamples to date nothing, the stample gun broke the first time i used it, i requested them to replace it they advised they out of stock and they will refund me this was all in January 2023 we are almost in March 2023 and no refund, ao how does this work do you take someone money and that is it? I have called and sent emails a numbers of times and they keep saying they are going to refund me and it takes 14 days, can someone please help?
