Makro online advertise but dont have enough stock

Ordered 2 Iphone 14 pro's as it was a special online only deal and paid in full. Got a call 2 days later saying they can only secure 1. Had to spoil surprise to kids to find out who wants the one which caused alot of unhappiness to all of us. To top it off i was told now that the money will only be refunded within 7 - 10 days depending on who i bank with. So now i cant even purchase another phone to make the kids happy and be fair about treating them equally.
