Makro online

Makro online did me dirty. Purchased 10 cases of brutal fruit on 1st of april 2025 and never received an email that shows delivery status. When i call them i was told my order is still awaiting payment and i must send prove of payment and i did sent it even their consultant comfirmed the debit order but even after that still have not received my order. I have been calling since from the 1st till to date with no help.. Everyday im told they are escalating my query but no feedback
