Makro Online Absolute Shambles
Makro online sent me a broken Washing Machine and it has been sitting at me for more than a week.
During the grueling and Nauseating calls with their call centre I was told to send them PDF pictures of my washing machine - which I eventually did but then? Dead silence - no one was able to help WHEN THEY SENT ME A BROKEN F***EN washing machine.
Never ever use Makro Online - stick to TakeALot - they at least have some clue about what they are doing.,
They should close this side of the business.
