Makro Online - absolute poor service!!
Absolute pathetic service. Don't ever buy their online goods!!! Still awaiting refund after a month!! Dealt with ***, and Cliffton & Elsie...with no confirmation response at all...pathetic!

07 Oct 2019, 13:13Makro-Online, since your response on 27th Sept'19, it's been a couple of 48-hours that I am still awaiting confirmation of our long, long outstanding refund or replacement?? This is absolutely a nightmare to deal with an organization this big, and I will NEVER again buy from Makro!! I'm going to add this now to all Social Media platform's including the Radio stations for everyone to see the poor service that Makro is delivering, should I not have positive feedback by COB today...!
