Makro Online - Absolute garbage service. Worse than dealing with a Government department

The absolute worst service I've experienced in a long time. Ordering goods from them online is easy. Very efficient, but once they've got your money, actually getting the product is another thing entirely. They claim 7-10 business days delivery, but they clearly has no understanding of what a business day actually is, other they've confused weeks and days together. Their online tracker for instance says goods packed waiting for courier pretty quickly, but that's where it ends for about 2 weeks. Calling them is a waste of time. You spend hours on the phone and every time speak to a different person who will call you right back but never does. Eventually their online tracker shows delivered, yet they haven't, and again after being shifted from person to person yet another *********** person tells you they will get back to you in 5 minutes, which of course they don't. Finding that person again is impossible because they're miraculously unavailable till the end of time. What a dreadful company.
