Makro online

Made an online. Purchase through makro online 3 weeks ago. The online supplier they used for the item was Dfsdeals. So receibed the order within 4 days, very impressive but not so impressive was it was not the correct make of item but just a cheap replacement. My first impression is that they made a mistake but after 3 weeks of trying to get this sorted i am mot so sure. My opinion is that they advertise a good product and send you an lesset quality product in the hope you will except it. I blame makro for using online resources that do not jonor what they advertise. I wonder if i am the only one to experience this from them. There online supprt mailing facility is also mon existant. You log a comlaint but nothing is forthcoming. Quick with a reference number but thats it.
