Terrible experience when ordering online. Delivery promised within 2 days. It has now 9 days later and no movement on the order. Phone the call center 7 times and no help at all. Apparently escalated but still no movement. Each time you phone it takes around 20minutes at my cost to hold the line, while they try and phone the store. Not once could they even get hold of their own store. Terrible experience.
