Makro Online

I am so disappointed with Makro online delivery. I placed an order on 27th July. It's 04th August today and nobody knows where my order is or what is happening with it. The last update was on 27th July and was saying the order was packed, I have since called their call center countless times, they say the order is with the courier company and they are not able to track it on their side because they do not have a tracking number. As things stand I am still waiting for my order.
