Makro online

First of all doing returns with makro online is draining. Had to fight for a full week and spend hours on the phone with consultants to try get my package return. Now package us collected. No further communication regarding it being received by provider. No update on when I will get refund. I have emailed and tried calling Matshidiso Mafisa as she was the one assisting me with the courier collection. She doesn't answer calls or reply to emails.
