Makro Online

I am writing to express my outrage and disappointment with Makro after being cheated out of my hard-earned money. On June 15th, I made an online purchase from them, but unfortunately, I had to cancell my order because when I arrived at store the order was not ready, I requested a refund, but it's been months and I have yet to receive my money back.

Despite numerous calls, their customer service team has been unresponsive and unhelpful. I have went to Makro and they told me that Makro online should be able to help, talked to someone call Tebogo on whatsapp from Makro online and he wasnt helpful at all. It's clear that they have no intention of honoring their refund policy. I demand a full refund for my purchase and expect a higher level of service from a reputable business like Makro. I wouldnt recommend that you buy things online from Makro.
