Makro Online a ripoff

Makro online service is attrocious. I order an eight litre airfryer for R789.00 on 23 january 2005. A six litre was dilvered and I logged a return request the same day. The airfryer was only collected two weeks later and after numerous phone calls, I still have not been refunded. It is tatemount to theft.
