Makro Online a Nightmare

Makro online is an absolute nightmare to deal with!! I purchased a TV stand that was delivered on the 23 January 2025. There was no manual/assembly instructions and to date I have been trying to get one. I even tried contacting their supplier Simonstown Meubels and their number goes to voicemail. The contact centre staff are helpless and today I tried returning the goods however it is not allowing me to due to the 14 day returns procedure. The call centre and Whatsapp staff are of no help at all. I have received emails enquiring whether I have assembled the TV Stand!! Hopefully they forward the instructions or allow me to return the goods.
