MAKRO ONLINE- A MAKRO DISASTER

Placed an online order with Makro on the 7th of December 2018. They send me a notification that the order is underway with an incorrect number for the courier service. Phoned Makro to change delivery address, because I was already on holiday. Said they would do so and get back to me. Never got back to me. Never changed the delivery address, still no delivery. Got back from holiday on the 29th of December 2018. Been phoning them for the past week. Receives no joy, only promisses. Worst online order business on the planet. Absolutely nou client service- only promisses that are never fullfilled. BE AWARE of their porr service.
