MAKRO ONLINE A DEFINITE NO NO

I purchased a washing machine with Makro online last, Friday, 26th May 2023. I got an e-mail the next day to say my order has been handed to the courier and will be delivered before 31st May. Today is 2nd June and still haven’t had delivery. My advice, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MAKRO ONLINE. I called the call centre on Wednesday to follow up which means they didn’t even know that my order wasn’t delivered, the call centre agent advised that he will follow up and revert soonest. To date I haven’t had a call from Makro. Pathetic service, do not recommend at all
