Makro Online a big ****

Bought Ecco Speaker online in October this year....took more than 3 weeks to deliver due to the supplier not having stock. When delivery was supposed to take place,the courier company kept making up stories about me being unavailable for delivery. Finally speaker was delivered but it was the wrong one,not even worthy of my money,poor quality and sound. They promised a refund but they have been failing to come collect,same story from courier company saying im unavailable for collection 😞. Been in contact with them via email but the speaker still hasn't been collected. Sent them an email today to inform them im no longer interested in a refund,i give up. So im advising anyone thinking of buying from Makro online to think twice,im emotionally drained because of this. My hard earned money down the drain😞 Makro Online is a ****.
