Makro online

I purchased gummy vites in 24 May and the order was canceled the same day after that I got a mail telling me I have to choose if I want cash refund or a voucher so I chose the voucher but still today I haven't got that voucher or even my money back I keep getting story's when I call that they still waiting for feedback from finance department. I will never buy anything from makro online there service it's very poor it's been a month and 24 day's still waiting for my refund
