Delivery time is shocking compared to other stores. Upon calling and enquiring there is always an excuse that the items had to be obtained from a supplier it wasn't in stock in the store.

I ordered early last week, Makro is hardly 5 km away and there is not even a sign of delivery only a msg to say wait for a msg from the courier. Upon calling it is an apology. It's not acceptable for a company with such high standards

Next time when I can drive, as I had surgery so I had to order online, I will get into my car and drive, then I have my items in 20min. Or I will order from Takealot and get it the next day
