Makro online

I regret buying from Makro online. I have not received an update since I purchased on the 30th of November. I am the one who always has to do the phone call and nobody has answers as to why my product is not delivered. My product is not even picked up by couriers. When I followed up I was informed that the waybill was cancelled. Today is suppose to be the delivery day and I am still inquiring to find out when I will receive my product. Nobody thought of informing that there will be a delay with my product. They are suppose to be proactive and make sure that the promised delivery date/promise is fulfilled. It's super frustrating and I will be cancelling my order today for a refund.
