On the 1st of July 2024 I ordered tv on makro online site 5 days later they told me when I phoned that they will not honor the purchase and I will get refund in 10 working days.

Two weeks later I phoned to asked then I was told its still in process. A WEEK later I phone d again and then I was told that I need to send bank details. I did send the info.

10 working day later I phone again and then makro requested that I send a cope of my ID AND I SAID NO because they could have requested this the 5 of July. There after I was told it will take another 10 working day to get my money.

It’s the 29/08/202024 I phoned today and I was told that my money will be in on the 2/09/2024. I don’t think so lets see. took more than 2 months and still waiting for my refund.
