Makro online

I have been waiting 41 days (from 13 December 2024 to the present date of 23 January 2025) for Makro to collect my online order. Daily contact with the supposed HELP no has resulted in NOTHING being done. Letters written....NOTHING done. I warn anyone even thinking of buying online from Makro - don't do it!
