MAKRO - ONLINE - *******

So I needed a new printer and found the one I wanted on Makro online. 1. It said I could pick up on the 10 May if I ordered it on the 8 May. It was only ready for collection on the 19 May. 2. I have not yet collected the item (today is the 21st May) and I received a notification that I had collected the item on the 20 May. 3. I called the call centre and spoke to Lerato, she was unable to help me and told me to go into the store. The whole point of online is not to go to the store and waste my time. I held on for 10 minutes for her to transfer me to the store (Riversands) but they were not answering. DO NOT BOTHER TO ORDER ONLINE WITH MAKRO. THEIR PROMISE OF GETTING YOUR ORDER ON THE CORRECT DATE ARE LIES AND YOU ARE LUCKY TO GET YOUR PRODUCT AT ALL.
