Makro online

I’m very dissapointed with makro,I placed an order with them but it says order not placed because my bank couldn’t confirm the payment but money was debited from my account,I’ve been calling them since it’s been 3weeks now but still nothing yet ,they tell me one thing everyday and I used payflex as method of payment now I’ll have to pay payflex the remaining balance for an order that I did not receive I’m really dissapointed with makro ,they don’t even respond to my emails ,they don’t take us serious honestly
