We are having the worst experience with Makro Online. Purchased goods over a month ago, after the wrong package was delivered still no one has contacted us and we are still waiting for the correct goods to be delivered. We are contacting them several times per week, no response or eta. Please do not purchase goods on Makro Online. Customer Care answers the phone and then drop the calls.
