I ordered a 3 in 1 toaster(online) on the 29 November 2024, even today i have not received it and no communication. When i call they say its going to be delivered, the courier driver only called once and never bother to call again. They called on the 16th to say they coming and never heard from them but on the system they say i did not answer and funny no other means of communication sms or whatsup if no answer. I'm very disappointed and I will never buy online again even my cousin struggled to get her order.
